Can't log in to Shuffle?
Can't log in to Shuffle? Most cases are a reset email that has not arrived, a 2FA code that is out of sync, a session loop on a blocked address or a restriction message. Work through the fixes below in order, and log in only on an official address.

Start here: is it the site or your account?
When you can't log in to Shuffle, the first question is whether the login page loads at all. If the page is blank, times out or shows a block notice, the problem is reaching the site, not your account; skip to our Shuffle not loading guide or try an address from the list above. Every official Shuffle mirror runs the same platform, so your username, password, 2FA, balance and VIP rank are identical on all of them.
If the page loads and the form rejects you, read the exact message. Shuffle's errors are fairly specific: incorrect credentials, incorrect 2FA code, session expired, account restricted, restricted region. Each points to a different fix below.
Two quick checks clear a surprising number of cases: make sure you are typing the username or email you actually registered with, and that caps lock and keyboard language are what you think they are.
Wrong password, and the reset email that never arrives
Use Forgot password on the login form. Shuffle asks for your email and sends a reset link.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes:
- Check spam, promotions and any filtered folders. Search the inbox for "Shuffle".
- Make sure it is the email on the account. Players who signed up with a social login sometimes forget which address is linked.
- Request the link once and wait. Several requests in a row can each cancel the last; the newest link is the only one that works.
- Open the link promptly. Shuffle's reset tokens expire, and an old one returns "Password reset token has expired". Request a fresh one.
- Open the link in the same browser you will log in with. Some email apps open links in a built-in browser that loses the session.
If you signed up through a social login, log in with that button instead of a password. If you no longer control the email address at all, contact live support; they will need to verify ownership another way, usually with your account details and possibly KYC documents.
2FA codes rejected
Shuffle offers two-factor authentication through an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and two-step verification by email. Once the app version is enabled, Shuffle asks for a code on every login, on tips and rains, and on withdrawals.
"Incorrect 2FA code" usually means one of these:
- Clock drift. Authenticator codes depend on your phone's time. Set the phone to automatic date and time, and in Google Authenticator use the time sync option if offered.
- Wrong entry. If you have several Shuffle entries (from an old account or a reinstall), the oldest may be dead. Try each, then delete the stale one after you are in.
- Expired code. Codes roll every 30 seconds. Wait for a fresh one rather than typing one that is about to change.
- Wrong length. Shuffle will tell you the expected length; paste errors add spaces.
Lost your authenticator
Shuffle's 2FA screen has a Lost my 2FA access option. Recovery goes through support and is deliberately slow, because the point of 2FA is that nobody can remove it easily. Expect to prove identity, and if your account is not verified yet, expect to complete KYC verification first. In future, save the setup QR code or secret key offline when you enable 2FA.
Logged straight back out, or a session-expired loop
"Your session has expired, please login again" is normal after a long idle period. When it repeats every few seconds, something is breaking the session cookie.
- Clear cookies for the address you are on, then log in fresh. Do not clear everything; just the Shuffle site.
- Use one address at a time. Logging in on shuffle.com and a mirror in the same browser can confuse sessions. Close the other tabs.
- Disable extensions that block cookies or rewrite pages, or try a private window.
- Check the address after login. Some mirrors redirect to another domain on login; a redirect to the same Shuffle site is normal, a redirect to a different-looking brand is not.
- Stop the network flipping. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data mid-session, or a corporate proxy, can invalidate the session.
If the loop continues on every official address and every browser, contact live support with the time it happened and the address you used.
Account locked, restricted or self-excluded
"Temporarily restricted for security purposes"
Shuffle shows this when its systems see something unusual: many failed logins, a new device in a new country, a password change followed by a withdrawal. Contact support to regain access. Have your registered email, username and recent deposit details ready.
"Unable to login from restricted region"
Shuffle blocks logins from its prohibited jurisdictions: Australia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Cyprus, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US, plus anywhere use is unlawful. A mirror shows the same block, because it is the same site. If you are travelling, the message will clear when you are back in an accepted country. If you live in an accepted country and see it in error, Shuffle's own message asks you to contact support and, if needed, submit proof of address.
Using a VPN to hide your location breaks Shuffle's terms (clause 8.4) and can lead to a closed account and confiscated winnings. Do not do it.
Self-exclusion and cooldowns
If you set a self-exclusion, Shuffle logs you out and refuses logins until it ends. Exclusions are not meant to be cut short, and Shuffle's exclusion screens include a 24-hour cooldown step around starting and changing one. Permanent exclusion is handled with support. If you excluded yourself, consider whether coming back is a good idea; our responsible gambling page has free help services.
How to keep your Shuffle login safe
- Turn on authenticator-app 2FA and keep the backup key offline.
- Use a unique password; a password manager will also refuse to fill it on a look-alike domain.
- Bookmark the address you use and check it before typing anything. Our verified domains page lists the hosts that serve the genuine site and explains why Shuffle's mirror domains change.
- Ignore "account will be closed" or "verification required" emails that link out. Open the site yourself and check notifications there.
- After the breach, be suspicious of any message that quotes your username or recent activity. Our data breach page covers what was exposed.
Contacting support
Shuffle offers 24/7 live chat (the Live Support link in the menu, available without logging in) and email support, plus a Help Center. To speed things up, have this ready:
- your username and registered email;
- the exact error message and when it appeared;
- the address you were using (shuffle.com or a mirror) and your device and browser;
- for account recovery, recent deposit transaction IDs.
Support will not reset 2FA or change an email on the strength of a chat message alone. That is a good thing, even when it is slow. If your issue is a stuck payout rather than a login, see withdrawal pending.

FAQ
Why can't I log in to Shuffle?
The usual causes are a wrong password, a rejected 2FA code, a session cookie problem, a security restriction or a restricted-region block. If the page itself will not load, the issue is a network or ISP block rather than your account; try an official mirror.
Is my Shuffle account the same on every mirror?
Yes. Official Shuffle mirrors are the same site with the same login, balance, 2FA and VIP rank. Only log in on addresses you have verified, because look-alike phishing domains exist.
Why is my Shuffle password reset email not arriving?
Check spam and filtered folders, make sure the email is the one on the account, and request only one link at a time. Reset links expire, so request a new one if the old one fails.
What do I do if Shuffle says my 2FA code is incorrect?
Set your phone to automatic time, use a fresh code, and check you are using the right authenticator entry. If you have lost the authenticator, use the Lost my 2FA access option and expect identity checks.
Can I log in to Shuffle with a VPN?
Shuffle's terms forbid using a VPN or proxy to hide your location, and doing so can lead to a closed account. If you are blocked by your ISP in a country Shuffle accepts, use an official mirror instead.
Why does Shuffle say my account is temporarily restricted?
Shuffle restricts accounts after unusual activity such as repeated failed logins or a new device in a new country. Contact live support with your account details to have it reviewed.
Can I log in to Shuffle during a self-exclusion?
No. Self-exclusion logs you out and blocks access until it ends, and it is not designed to be cut short. Shuffle's exclusion flow also includes a 24-hour cooldown step; permanent exclusion is arranged with support.
How do I contact Shuffle support if I can't log in?
Live chat is available 24/7 from the Live Support link without logging in, and email support is also offered. Have your username, email, the exact error and recent deposit IDs ready.
