Shuffle vs Stake

Shuffle vs Stake is the comparison most players make once they notice how alike the two sites feel. Stake has the scale and the longer record; Shuffle answers with Instant Rakeback from the first rank, the SHFL token and local fiat rails in a few countries.

Shuffle vs Stake at a glance

Shuffle vs Stake is a comparison between the newcomer that set out to match the market leader and the leader itself. Stake has operated since 2017 under Medium Rare N.V. and is the larger platform, with a deep sportsbook, a long list of sports sponsorships and one of the most copied originals catalogues in crypto gambling. Shuffle launched in February 2023 under Natural Nine B.V. and grew fast by being quick to pay, generous early in its VIP ladder and different in one obvious way: it has its own token.

Stake's working addresses are tracked on our sister site, so if you are comparing the two, keep working Stake mirror links and the stakemirrorlinks Stake review open alongside our Shuffle review and the Shuffle mirror list.

Originals

Stake set the template for crypto originals, and Shuffle's line-up was clearly built with it in mind. Many names overlap: Dice, Plinko, Mines, Limbo, Crash, Keno, Hilo, Wheel and a tower game. Shuffle extends the idea into table games with in-house Blackjack (99.48% with correct play, by Shuffle's figure), Roulette and Baccarat, and adds titles like Chicken, Floor Is Lava, Blitz, Slide and Coinflip.

Stake's versions have years of refinement and a large community of strategy and verification tools. Shuffle's are newer, fast and well reviewed. If you know one set, the other will feel familiar within minutes. Our guides to Shuffle Dice, Shuffle Limbo and Shuffle Blackjack cover the Shuffle side.

VIP, rakeback and the token

The most practical difference for a smaller player is where rewards begin. Stake's ladder starts at Bronze after USD 10,000 wagered. Shuffle's ladder has an entry rank, Wood, and its Bronze sub-levels, with Instant Rakeback listed among the benefits from the first tiers, then weekly, monthly, level-up and rank-up bonuses as you climb through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and the higher Opal, Dragon and Mythic ranks. Sports bets earn triple XP. See the Shuffle VIP guide.

Shuffle's second difference is SHFL. Wagering in SHFL pays extra VIP bonuses, and SHFL buys tickets for the Friday SHFL lottery. Stake has no token. Whether that is a feature or a risk depends on you: SHFL trades on open markets and can fall as well as rise.

At high volume both operators tailor rewards privately through hosts, so headline comparisons matter less at the top.

Sportsbook

Stake's sportsbook is broader and deeper in-play, backed by sponsorships across football, UFC and Formula 1. Shuffle's has the features most bettors use: live streaming, Same-Game Multis, system bets, Cash Out, Boosted Odds, a Sure Sub option and six odds formats, with Premier League, Süper Lig and NBA promotions. Shuffle became Sunderland AFC's sleeve sponsor in September 2026.

Niche-league and heavy in-play bettors will usually prefer Stake. Bettors who care about VIP progress may like Shuffle's triple XP on sports.

Payments and payout speed

Shuffle supports 22 coins and tokens, with unusual breadth on networks: ETH on Base and Robinhood Chain, USDC on Arbitrum, USDT on Solana and Polygon, plus Solana memecoins. Stake supports around 20 coins. Both are quick once a withdrawal is approved. Shuffle claims 90% of withdrawals arrive in under a minute.

Shuffle's local fiat balances, such as Interac in Canada from CAD 5 and Pix in Brazil, avoid a crypto step where available. Both operators verify identity before larger or first withdrawals; Shuffle's terms say "in any event before your first withdrawal" may apply. Read Shuffle KYC verification.

Licence and trust

Both are Curaçao-licensed under the reformed regime. Stake's record is longer and its policies have been tested in public for more years. Shuffle's record includes the October 2025 Fast Track CRM breach, covered in our data breach guide, the Thailand block of October 2026 and controversy over its unlicensed-in-UK Sunderland sponsorship. None of that decides the comparison on its own, but a fair reader should weigh it.

On either site: two-factor authentication on, a unique password, and only your playing balance left on the platform.

Availability

Both exclude the US and the UK. Shuffle's prohibited list adds Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Cyprus, Curaçao and the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, among others; Stake has its own list. Both run separate US sweepstakes sites; our Shuffle vs Shuffle.us page explains Shuffle's.

Mirrors help when your provider blocks a working address. They do not change which countries either casino accepts, and VPN use breaks both sites' terms. See Shuffle countries.
