Shuffle Crash: how it works and cash-out tips
Shuffle Crash is the in-house multiplayer crash game: a multiplier climbs from 1.00x and you cash out before it stops. It runs at 99% RTP, caps out at 1,000,000x or $250,000 a round, and every crash point can be verified. Here is how to play it with your eyes open.
What is Shuffle Crash?
Shuffle Crash is one of the 17 Shuffle Originals, made by Shuffle's in-house studio. Every round, a multiplier starts at 1.00x and rises in real time until it suddenly stops, or crashes. If you cashed out before the crash, you win your stake times the multiplier at that moment. If not, the stake is lost.
Everyone in the room plays the same curve at the same time, and you can watch other players cash out as the number climbs. That shared, live tension is the whole appeal, and also what makes it easy to stay longer than planned.
Shuffle publishes the key numbers: 99% RTP (a 1% house edge) at every cash-out target, a minimum bet of $0.01, a maximum multiplier of 1,000,000x and a maximum payout of $250,000 per round. Each crash point is committed before bets close and can be checked afterwards with the provably fair tools.
How a round works
- Set your stake. Enter a bet amount before the next round starts. The panel shows it in USD and in your chosen coin.
- Choose Manual or Auto. In Manual you press Cash Out yourself. In Auto you set a target multiplier before the round, and the game cashes out for you if the curve reaches it.
- Watch the curve. The multiplier climbs from 1.00x. Other players' cash-outs appear in the list as they happen.
- Cash out, or do not. Cash out in time and the win is credited immediately. If the round crashes first, the bet is lost.
- Next round. A short betting window opens, then the next curve starts.
Shuffle Crash also lets you place more than one bet on the same round. A common setup is a low target on one bet and a high target on the other. That changes how results are spread, not what they cost on average.
Want to see the tempo first? Set the bet to 0.00 and play a few rounds for nothing. It is the same game, the same curve and the same maths.

Payouts and the maths
With a 99% RTP, the chance of reaching any target is set so that the average return is 99% of what you stake. A useful approximation:
Chance of reaching a multiplier x ≈ 99% ÷ x
| Cash-out target | Approximate chance per round | What it feels like |
|---|---|---|
| 1.10x | about 90% | Frequent small wins, rare painful losses |
| 1.50x | about 66% | Two wins in three rounds, roughly |
| 2.00x | about 49.5% | Close to a coin flip |
| 5.00x | about 20% | One round in five, on average |
| 10.00x | about 10% | Long dry spells are normal |
| 100.00x | about 1% | Can take hundreds of rounds |
The last column is the important one. Every target has the same expected cost, 1% of what you stake. Low targets give lots of small wins and occasional streaks of losses; high targets give long runs of losses and occasional big wins. Choosing a target is choosing how a session feels, not whether you win in the long run.
The headline 1,000,000x is a ceiling, not a target. The $250,000 per-round payout cap applies first for any meaningful stake: a $10 bet hits the cap at 25,000x.
Auto cash-out and auto-play
Auto cash-out is the most useful control in the game. It makes you decide your target before the curve starts, when you are calm, instead of while a number races upwards. Manual play turns the same decision into a test of nerve, and nerve tends to lose.
The auto-play panel goes further:
- Number of rounds to run.
- On win / on loss adjustments, such as resetting or increasing the stake.
- Stop on profit and stop on loss values that end the run.
Set the stop values first, every time. Leave on-loss increases off; that is a Martingale, and it is how fast sessions run away.
The Trends grid shows recent crash points by colour. It is a history, not a forecast. Every round is generated independently, so a run of early crashes does not make a long curve more likely next.
Strategies people try, and why none beats the edge
- Always cash out at 1.01x to 1.20x. Wins almost every round, but the rare instant crash wipes out many wins at once. The edge stays 1%.
- Martingale at 2x. Double after each loss so one win recovers everything. A run of eight or nine losses below 2x happens more often than people expect, and the stake grows past your budget or the table limit first.
- Wait for a run of low rounds, then go big. Rounds are independent. The game does not owe you a long curve.
- Two bets, one safe and one long. Smooths the swings, but both bets carry the same 1% edge.
- Predictor apps and bots. They cannot work. The crash point comes from a server seed hashed before the round, combined with your client seed and a nonce. Anything selling a prediction is a scam, often one that wants your login.
The only levers that matter are stake size, the number of rounds you play and when you stop.
Verifying a Shuffle Crash round
In most casino games, you take fairness on trust. In Crash, where the operator could in theory stop the curve whenever it liked, that would be a serious problem. Shuffle answers it with its provably fair system.
- Before a round, Shuffle publishes a hash of the server seed. That fixes the crash point in advance without revealing it.
- You can view and change your client seed at any time.
- A nonce increases by one each round, so the same seed pair never gives the same result twice.
- When the server seed is retired, Shuffle reveals it. You can hash it, confirm it matches the commitment shown earlier, and recompute exactly where each curve stopped.
You can do this with Shuffle's verifier or an independent tool. The full method is in provably fair on Shuffle.
Bankroll habits for Crash
- Fix a session budget and treat it as spent before the first round.
- Pick a stake of 1% to 2% of that budget if you want a session to last.
- Use auto cash-out, and decide both targets before the round if you run two bets.
- Count rounds, not minutes. Crash can run hundreds of rounds an hour, and expected loss is per round.
- Never raise stakes to recover. That single habit costs more than any target choice.
- Stop after a big win. Withdraw part of it; Shuffle processes most crypto withdrawals quickly. See Shuffle withdrawal times.
Crash wagers count towards VIP XP, the $100,000 Weekly Race and Weekly SHFL Airdrop points. None of these make extra rounds profitable.

FAQ
What is the RTP of Shuffle Crash?
99%, a 1% house edge. Shuffle states that this is the same at every cash-out target, so the target you choose changes volatility, not the long-run return.
What is the maximum win on Shuffle Crash?
The multiplier is capped at 1,000,000x and payouts at $250,000 per round. For most stakes, the payout cap is the limit you would hit first.
What is the minimum bet?
$0.01. You can also play a round at 0.00 to learn the game without risking money.
Can I place two bets in one round?
Yes. Shuffle Crash allows multiple simultaneous bets, so you can set a low and a high target on the same curve. Both carry the same 1% edge.
What is the best cash-out multiplier?
There is no best one. Every target has the same expected return. Low targets win more often for less; high targets win rarely for more.
Is Shuffle Crash rigged?
It is provably fair. The crash point is fixed by a hashed server seed before bets close and can be recomputed once the seed is revealed. The 1% edge is built into the maths, not into manipulated rounds.
Do Crash predictors work?
No. Each crash point comes from seeds you cannot know in advance. Predictor tools are scams and often try to steal logins or funds.
Is Shuffle Crash the same as Aviator?
It is the same format of cashing out before a bust, but Shuffle built its own version in-house. Its figures, such as the 99% RTP and payout cap, apply to Shuffle's game only.
