How long Shuffle withdrawals take
Shuffle says 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under a minute. That figure is the operator's, and the real wait depends on your verification status, the coin and network you choose, and the receiving wallet. Here is each stage, typical times by coin and what slows a payout.
How long does a Shuffle withdrawal take?
Shuffle withdrawal time is one of the brand's main selling points. Shuffle states that 90% of withdrawals reach the player's wallet in under one minute and that network fees are typically under USD 1. Treat that as the operator's own figure: it describes the usual case, not a guarantee, and it says nothing about the 10% that take longer.
Three things decide how long yours takes. First, whether your account has cleared verification; Shuffle's guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, and its terms allow an ID check before the first withdrawal. Second, the coin and network, since a Solana or Tron transfer settles in seconds or minutes while a congested Bitcoin transfer can take an hour. Third, the receiving end, because exchanges wait for their own number of confirmations.
If your withdrawal is already stuck, go to Shuffle withdrawal pending. The rest of this page explains the normal path. 18+ only.
The stages of a Shuffle withdrawal
- You request it from the wallet: choose Withdraw, the coin, the network, the address and the amount. Two-factor authentication is asked for if enabled.
- Shuffle checks it. Automated rules look at the account, amount and destination. Most requests pass straight through, which is where the under-a-minute claim comes from. A first withdrawal, a large amount, an open verification step or bonus wagering can send it to a person instead.
- Shuffle broadcasts the transaction. A transaction ID appears in your history.
- The network confirms it. Time depends on the chain and on congestion, and is outside Shuffle's control.
- The receiver credits it. Your own wallet usually shows it at once; an exchange may wait for its confirmation threshold.
When a Shuffle withdrawal feels slow, it is nearly always stage 2 (a review) or stage 5 (the exchange). A TXID means stage 3 is done.
Typical time after Shuffle sends
- Solana (SOL) and Solana tokens (USDT, USDC, BONK, WIF, TRUMP, PUMP, CASH)
- Seconds; Solana finalises very quickly
- USDT on Tron (TRC-20) and TRX
- Usually 1–5 minutes
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Usually minutes; blocks about every 2.5 minutes
- XRP
- Under a minute to a few minutes; destination tag needed at exchanges
- Ethereum (ETH), ERC-20 tokens and SHFL
- Usually a few minutes; fees rise when the network is busy
- ETH or USDC on Base or Arbitrum
- Usually a few minutes, with low fees
- BNB and BEP-20 tokens
- Usually a few minutes
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Often 10–60 minutes; longer when the mempool is full
- Dogecoin (DOGE)
- Usually minutes; blocks about every minute
- Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
- About one hour, per Shuffle
- Held for review
- Hours to days, depending on what is asked and how fast you respond
What slows a withdrawal down
- Verification not finished. The most common cause by far. Reviews describe Level 2 (ID) and Level 3 (proof of address) beyond the basic level, and Shuffle can ask for a selfie or source-of-funds documents. Player reports describe manual reviews lasting days. See Shuffle KYC verification.
- Bonus wagering. Money tied to a deposit bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is met.
- Large amounts. Big requests draw more scrutiny; see Shuffle withdrawal limits.
- Network congestion. Bitcoin and Ethereum slow down when demand spikes.
- Exchange holds. Some exchanges review incoming deposits from gambling-related addresses, separately from their confirmation count.
- Destination mistakes. Wrong network, missing XRP tag or GRAM memo, or SHFL sent to an exchange instead of a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet. These do not slow the payment so much as send it somewhere it should not go.
- Service issues. Occasionally a coin's wallet is in maintenance. Check is Shuffle down if everything seems stuck.
What to do while you wait
Check your transaction history for a TXID. If there is one, paste it into the explorer for that chain. Unconfirmed means the network has not included it yet; confirmed means the coins have reached that address and any remaining delay is at the receiver.
If there is no TXID, check your email and the Verify section of your account for a request. Reply in full the first time. Contact live support once with the amount, coin, network and time, and keep to one ticket.
Do not submit the same withdrawal again. A duplicate ties up more of your balance and does not move the first one forward.
How to get paid faster
- Verify early. Complete the levels before you have a balance you want to cash out. This is the single biggest time-saver on Shuffle.
- Pick a fast, cheap network. Solana and Tron are quickest for stablecoins, Litecoin for a classic coin. Make sure the receiving side supports the same network.
- Withdraw to a wallet you control if your exchange is slow to credit, then move funds on.
- Withdraw the coin you hold. Balances are per coin. Converting first adds a step; the in-wallet Convert feature only works into SHFL from BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and SOL.
- Use Interac in Canada if you prefer fiat: CAD 5 minimum, no Shuffle fee, about an hour to arrive.
- Keep two-factor authentication on and your email current, so prompts and requests reach you.
What helps and what hurts
- Shuffle's stated 90% under a minute when no review applies
- Many fast networks, including Solana, Tron, Base and Arbitrum
- Network fees typically under USD 1, per Shuffle
- Interac fiat withdrawals in about an hour
- Manual KYC reviews can take days, per player reports
- Bitcoin and Ethereum slow down under congestion
- SHFL cannot go directly to an exchange
- The speed figure is the operator's own claim
Pace yourself
A fast payout is a convenience, not a reason to keep playing. Many players find that withdrawing as soon as they are ahead helps them stop. Shuffle offers limits and self-exclusion, and our responsible gambling guide lists free support. 18+ only.

FAQ
How long do Shuffle withdrawals take?
Shuffle states that 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under a minute. Add the network's confirmation time, and allow hours or days if the request is held for a verification review.
Is the under-a-minute claim true?
It is Shuffle's own figure for most withdrawals and is consistent with many reviews. It does not cover requests held for checks, which is where most complaints come from.
Which coin is fastest to withdraw from Shuffle?
Solana and Solana-based stablecoins usually settle in seconds. USDT on Tron and Litecoin are also quick. Bitcoin is the slowest of the major coins when the network is busy.
How long does an Interac withdrawal take?
Shuffle says Interac e-Transfer withdrawals take about an hour, with a CAD 5 minimum and no Shuffle fee.
Does verification affect withdrawal speed?
Yes. Shuffle's guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, and an unfinished check is the most common cause of a held withdrawal.
Do I pay a fee to withdraw from Shuffle?
The network fee is shown before you confirm and Shuffle says it is typically under USD 1. Fiat balances in supported countries carry no Shuffle fee.
Do large withdrawals take longer?
Often. Large or unusual requests may be reviewed by a person and can need source-of-funds documents.
My withdrawal has a TXID but nothing arrived. Why?
The coins have left Shuffle. Check the explorer for the address and network, then the receiver's pending deposits. A network mismatch or missing tag is the usual cause.
What if a withdrawal takes more than a day?
Check for a document request, then contact Shuffle live support once with the details. See our pending withdrawal guide for the full checklist.
