Shuffle withdrawal pending: how long it takes

A Shuffle withdrawal showing as pending is either still with Shuffle, waiting for checks, or already on the blockchain waiting for confirmations. This guide shows how to tell which, typical times by coin, why KYC reviews hold payouts and what to do about each case.

What happens after you press withdraw

A Shuffle withdrawal pending for a short time is normal. Shuffle says 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under a minute, so most players never see the status for long. When you do, the important question is which of two stages the withdrawal is in, because the fix is different for each.

Stage one: Shuffle is processing the request

You open the wallet, choose Withdraw, pick the coin and network, paste an address and confirm. Shuffle then runs automated checks on the account, the amount and the destination. Routine requests clear this stage almost immediately. Others are set aside for a person to review: a first withdrawal, an account that has not reached the required Verify level, a large or unusual amount, or a recent security change.

At this stage there is no transaction ID. The coins have not left Shuffle's wallet, so no block explorer can show anything. Only Shuffle's support team can see where the request is.

Stage two: the blockchain is confirming it

Once Shuffle sends the coins, a transaction ID (TXID, or hash) is created. From here Shuffle has done its part. The network includes the transaction in a block, more blocks build on top and each one is a confirmation. How many confirmations count as "arrived" is decided by whoever receives the coins: your own wallet often shows them at once, while an exchange waits for its own threshold.

If you can see a TXID, your withdrawal is in stage two. If you cannot, it is in stage one.

Typical times by coin and network

These ranges cover the blockchain stage only, after Shuffle has sent the coins. Exchanges set their own confirmation counts, and network traffic changes the timing, so use them as rough guides.

CoinNetworkTypical confirmations at exchangesTypical time
Bitcoin (BTC)Bitcoin1–310–60 min, longer when blocks are full

Add any stage-one processing on top. Minimums and network fees differ by coin and network and are shown in the cashier before you confirm; see Shuffle withdrawal limits. For fiat, Shuffle says Interac e-Transfer withdrawals in Canada take about an hour.

Why a withdrawal stays pending

When there is no TXID and the request has not moved, Shuffle is still holding it. These are the usual reasons, from most to least common.

Verification (KYC) review

Shuffle's own guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, and its terms allow a government ID check "in any event before your first withdrawal", plus selfies, database checks and proof of source of funds or wealth. Reviews describe Level 2 as ID and Level 3 as proof of address. If your request is waiting for any of these, you will normally see a prompt in account settings or receive an email.

Player reports on Trustpilot and forums describe manual KYC reviews that took days, and occasionally more than a week, especially for larger amounts. Those are anecdotes, not policy, but they are the most common complaint about Shuffle withdrawals. Upload clear, uncropped documents the first time, and complete verification before you need to withdraw. Our KYC guide covers what each level asks for.

Bonus wagering

Funds tied to a deposit bonus or code cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is complete, and trying early may forfeit the bonus. Reviews report rollover figures around 35x on the welcome offer; the terms shown when you claimed are what apply. See Shuffle bonus code.

Large amounts

Larger withdrawals are more likely to be reviewed by a person, and may prompt a source-of-funds request. Shuffle does not publish the threshold.

Security changes

A recent password, email or two-factor change can add a short hold so that a stolen account cannot be emptied immediately. Wait it out rather than repeating the request.

Network congestion or maintenance

Occasionally a coin's wallet is under maintenance, or a congested network delays sending. If every withdrawal seems stuck and the site is slow, check is Shuffle down.

Wrong network, wrong address or missing memo

Some problems are not delays and waiting will not fix them. A confirmed blockchain transaction is final, and Shuffle cannot pull it back.

  • Wrong network. Shuffle offers many networks for the same asset: USDT on five, USDC on six, ETH on four. If you withdraw USDT on BEP-20 to an address your exchange gave you for TRC-20, the coins land on a chain the exchange is not watching. Recovery depends entirely on the receiver, and many cannot do it.
  • SHFL to an exchange. Shuffle requires SHFL withdrawals to go to a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet. Send it to your own wallet first.
  • Wrong address. A typo usually fails validation. A valid but wrong address, such as an old copied one, is accepted and the coins are gone. Always paste, and check the first and last characters.
  • Missing destination tag or memo. XRP needs a destination tag, and GRAM (formerly Toncoin) needs a memo, when sent to a shared exchange address. Without it the exchange receives coins it cannot assign. Open a ticket with the exchange, not Shuffle, with the TXID.

Before confirming, check three things: the coin, the network and, if the receiving screen shows one, the tag or memo. Our deposit guides for USDT, XRP and Tron cover the same pitfalls in the other direction.

How to check your TXID on a block explorer

  1. Find the TXID in your Shuffle transaction history. No TXID means stage one; there is nothing to look up yet.
  2. Open the right explorer: a Bitcoin explorer for BTC, Etherscan for ETH, ERC-20 USDT and SHFL, Basescan or Arbiscan for those networks, Tronscan for TRX and TRC-20 USDT, a Solana explorer for SOL and Solana tokens, an XRP Ledger explorer for XRP.
  3. Paste the TXID into the search box.
  4. Read the status (pending, confirmed or failed), the number of confirmations, the amount and the receiving address. For XRP, also the destination tag.
  5. Compare the address with the one your wallet or exchange shows. If it matches and the transaction is confirmed, the coins have arrived and any remaining wait is on the receiving side.

A transaction that stays unconfirmed for a long time is waiting on network congestion. You cannot speed up a withdrawal Shuffle has already sent, because the fee was set when it was broadcast.

Sent but not received: checklist

The explorer says confirmed, but your balance has not changed. Go through this before opening a ticket.

  • Is it the right deposit address? Open the receiving deposit screen for the same coin and network and compare.
  • Do the networks match? A Solana USDT withdrawal must go to a Solana USDT address, not a Tron one. This is the most common cause.
  • Has the exchange reached its confirmation count? Look in pending deposits, not just the balance.
  • Is the exchange crediting slowly? Exchanges sometimes pause deposits for a coin during upgrades. Check its status page.
  • Was a tag or memo needed? For XRP and GRAM, a missing tag means the exchange has the coins but not your name on them.

If the TXID shows the right address and network, contact the receiver's support. If there is no TXID after a reasonable wait, contact Shuffle live support with the amount, coin, network, time and a screenshot of the record. Open one ticket and reply to it rather than opening several.

FAQ

How long does a Shuffle withdrawal take?

Shuffle says 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under a minute. Add blockchain confirmation time, from seconds on Solana to an hour on a busy Bitcoin network. A manual review can add hours or days.

Why is my Shuffle withdrawal still pending?

If there is no transaction ID, Shuffle is still holding it, most often for a verification review, bonus wagering, a large amount or a recent security change. Check your email and account settings for a document request.

Can a KYC review take days?

It can. Player reports describe reviews of several days, occasionally longer, especially on large withdrawals. These are anecdotal, but completing verification before you need to withdraw avoids most of the wait.

My withdrawal shows completed but nothing arrived. What now?

Look up the TXID on the right block explorer. If it went to the correct address and network and is confirmed, the coins are with the receiver, so contact the exchange or wallet.

Can Shuffle cancel or reverse a sent withdrawal?

No. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain it is final. Shuffle can only act while the request is still in stage one.

Can I withdraw SHFL to an exchange?

No. Shuffle requires SHFL to go to a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet. Withdraw to your own wallet, then move it on.

Do I need KYC to withdraw from Shuffle?

Usually yes. Shuffle's guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1, and its terms allow an ID check before the first withdrawal.

Will a VPN or a different mirror speed up my withdrawal?

No. Mirrors are the same platform, so the queue is the same. Using a VPN to hide your location breaks Shuffle's terms and can lead to the account being closed.
