How this Shuffle status check works

A server-side "is it down" checker only proves that Shuffle answers in some data centre. What you need to know is whether it answers on your line, through your provider's DNS, right now. So the board above runs from your browser: it times a request to shuffle.com and to each mirror and marks it up, slow or not responding.

How to read the result:

  • shuffle.com fails, mirrors respond: Shuffle is running. Your network, provider or country is blocking or misrouting the main domain. Open the fastest mirror from the list and log in as normal.
  • Some mirrors fail, others respond: Shuffle's mirrors sit on different hosting. Most share one address block, shuffle.gold sits behind Cloudflare and shuffle71.com on a separate CDN, so a routing problem can hit one group and not another.
  • Everything fails: either Shuffle has a real outage or maintenance window, or your own connection is the problem. Load an unrelated site to rule out the second.

A mirror is the same platform on another domain. Your account, balance, open bets, VIP rank and SHFL holdings are identical wherever you log in.

Why Shuffle might not load for you

Full Shuffle outages are uncommon and brief. When the site will not open, one of these is far more likely:

  • A government block. Thailand's digital economy ministry blocked shuffle.com nationwide on 9 October 2026, and Shuffle now tells Thai visitors it can no longer accept players from Thailand. In Estonia, shuffle.com resolves to the tax board's blocking address on local providers, so the page simply times out. These are legal restrictions, not outages; see the note below.
  • Your provider's DNS. Many ISPs, mobile networks, offices, campuses and public Wi-Fi filter gambling domains in their resolvers. The site looks dead even though it is fine.
  • Restricted country. Shuffle's terms list prohibited jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Cyprus and Curaçao itself. From those places you may see a block page or a refusal at sign-up.
  • Browser state. A stale cache, an old service worker from the home-screen shortcut, or an extension that blocks scripts can leave the page blank.
  • Maintenance. Usually short and often limited to one area, such as the sportsbook feed, one game provider or withdrawals on one coin.
  • Cloudflare challenges. shuffle.com runs behind Cloudflare. A shared or flagged IP can get stuck on the "checking your browser" screen.

Troubleshooting: what to try, in order

  1. Read the board above. If any mirror shows green, open it from the list and log in. That is usually the end of it.
  2. Hard refresh. Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or open a private window to skip cached files.
  3. Clear site data for Shuffle. Remove cookies, cached files and any installed web app data for the domain, then sign in again.
  4. Turn off extensions. Ad, script and privacy blockers often break the lobby, the cashier pop-up or the live odds feed.
  5. Change DNS. Point your device or router at a public resolver, or switch on secure DNS in your browser settings. This clears most ISP-level DNS filtering.
  6. Swap networks. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round. If Shuffle loads on one and not the other, the block is on that network.
  7. Check the clock. A wrong device date breaks HTTPS and looks like a certificate error.
  8. Wait ten minutes. If every address fails on every network, it is probably maintenance. Contact Shuffle's 24/7 live support once the site responds.

If you are new to mirrors, our guide to finding a working Shuffle mirror explains how to check that an address is genuine before you type a password.

DNS blocks and network blocks

There are two ways a network stops you reaching Shuffle, and they need different fixes.

A DNS block lives in your provider's resolver. When your device asks where shuffle.com is, the resolver returns nothing, or returns a blocking address instead of the real one. The Estonian case works like this: public resolvers return Shuffle's Cloudflare addresses, but local ISP resolvers return the state blocking IP, and the connection hangs. Changing to a public resolver or encrypted DNS bypasses this kind of filter, because the filter only exists in your provider's answer.

A network-level block filters the traffic itself, by IP address or by the domain name visible in the encrypted connection's handshake. DNS changes do not help. A mirror on a different domain and different hosting often does, because the filter was written for a specific name. That is the main reason Shuffle runs several domains on separate infrastructure.

Why domains rotate, and how to tell a genuine mirror from a clone, is covered in why Shuffle mirror domains change.

Shuffle maintenance and partial outages

Most Shuffle downtime is partial. The usual patterns:

  • Sportsbook only. Odds freeze or markets suspend while the casino works. This is often a feed issue or a big-match surge, and pre-placed bets are not affected.
  • One provider. A Pragmatic Play or Evolution title will not launch while the Shuffle Originals run fine. The provider is down, not Shuffle.
  • One coin. The cashier shows a coin or network as unavailable. That normally means a node upgrade or chain congestion on that network. Use another supported coin if you need funds out now, or wait.
  • Fiat rails. Interac, Pix or Mercado Pago payments can pause at the payment provider while crypto deposits and withdrawals carry on.

If withdrawals look stuck rather than paused, read what to do about a pending Shuffle withdrawal before contacting support.

Your account while Shuffle is unreachable

  • Your balance does not move. Funds, SHFL holdings and VIP progress are held on Shuffle's side. A page that will not load changes nothing.
  • Open sports bets settle normally. If you lose access during a live match, the bet settles on the result. Cash Out needs access at that moment, so do not plan around it.
  • Crypto deposits still credit. A transfer already sent on the correct network credits once it has enough confirmations, whether or not you can see the site. Check it on a block explorer meanwhile.
  • Do not resend. If a deposit seems missing, resending on another network or to an old address creates a second problem. Wait for the site, then check the deposit history; our guide to a deposit that is not showing covers the details.
  • Rakeback and weekly bonuses wait for you. Anything due is credited to the account and can be claimed once you are back in.

If the address list never changes for you, or only the login form fails, the issue may be your account rather than the site. Shuffle login problems covers 2FA, locked sessions and verification holds.

Other casinos down too?

If several crypto casinos fail at once, the cause is almost always your network or DNS. Our sister sites run the same live check for their brands: is Stake down right now, Roobet status from your browser and the Gamdom outage checker. If all of them are red and other sites load, a provider-wide gambling filter is the likely reason.

FAQ

Is Shuffle down right now?

The board at the top of this page tests shuffle.com and every mirror from your browser as you load it. If mirrors respond and the main domain does not, Shuffle is up and your network is blocking or slowing shuffle.com.

Why is shuffle.com not working for me?

The common causes are a provider or country block, a DNS filter, a Cloudflare check that will not clear, a stale browser cache or extension, or short maintenance. Work through the troubleshooting list on this page in order.

Is Shuffle blocked in Thailand?

Yes. Thailand's digital economy ministry blocked shuffle.com on 9 October 2026 and Shuffle shows Thai visitors a notice that it can no longer accept players from Thailand. That is a legal restriction, so mirrors and VPNs are not an appropriate workaround.

Are Shuffle mirrors the same as the main site?

Yes. A genuine mirror serves the same platform, licence page and account system under another domain, and the pages point back to shuffle.com as their canonical address. Your balance, bets and VIP rank are the same on every one.

Will changing DNS fix Shuffle not loading?

It fixes blocks that live in your provider's DNS resolver, which is the most common kind. It does not fix filtering applied to the traffic itself. If DNS changes do not help, try a mirror on a different domain.

Is my money safe if Shuffle is down?

Your balance and bets are stored by Shuffle, not in your browser, so an outage on your side does not touch them. Open bets settle normally and confirmed crypto deposits credit even while you cannot see the site.

Can I use a VPN when Shuffle is blocked?

Shuffle's terms treat using a VPN or proxy to hide your location as a breach, and it can lead to a closed account and withheld funds. If Shuffle does not accept players where you are, do not try to get around that.

How long does Shuffle maintenance last?

Usually minutes, and often only one area is affected, such as the sportsbook feed, a single game provider or withdrawals on one coin. Check the board again after a short wait before assuming a wider outage.
