What this Shuffle review covers

This Shuffle review is for players who want to know what they are signing up to before the first deposit. We cover the company behind Shuffle.com, how far its licence protects you, what the casino, Originals and sportsbook are actually like, and how money gets in and out. We are an independent site. Our mirror links are affiliate links, but Shuffle did not write or approve a word of this page, and the weak points get as much space as the strong ones.

Shuffle is young by industry standards. It opened in February 2023 and grew quickly on the back of a token, an airdrop campaign and heavy streamer marketing. Casino, sportsbook and lottery share one account and one balance, and the same login works on every official address on our list of working Shuffle mirrors.

Is Shuffle legit? Licence and ownership

Shuffle.com is run by Natural Nine B.V., a company registered in Willemstad, Curaçao. Payments are handled by Natural Nine B.V. and by the third-party payment providers named in the cashier. The site's licence page lists Curaçao licence number OGL/2024/1337/0628. Shuffle's terms call the regulator the Curaçao Gaming Authority, while the licence page uses the older name, Curaçao Gaming Control Board; the body was renamed when Curaçao's new gaming law took effect. We could not match the number in the regulator's public register during our check, so click the seal in the footer and confirm it yourself before you deposit.

What a Curaçao licence does and does not give you

  • The operator has to meet licence conditions on anti-money-laundering, fair games and complaints.
  • There is no compensation scheme, and a dispute with an offshore operator is slower and harder than one with a national regulator.
  • The licence says nothing about whether Shuffle is legal where you live. Shuffle has no UK licence, for example, and its terms bar players from a long list of countries.

The people behind it

Noah Dummett, an Australian entrepreneur, is the co-founder and chief executive and the public face of the brand. Business directories also name Harley Fresh and Darcy Spangler as co-founders. Accounts of Dummett's earlier career, including a reported link to the FTX and Alameda world, differ from source to source, so treat them with care. In October 2026 Thai media reported that the husband of a Thai MP holds a small stake in the company behind Shuffle; she says it is 1% of a legally registered overseas business, and no court or agency has made any finding.

Casino games

Shuffle advertises more than 15,000 games. Independent reviews count fewer, usually somewhere between 4,500 and 10,000 depending on the country and the day, so take the headline figure loosely. Slots make up most of the lobby, from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, Backseat Gaming, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Print Studios and Bullshark. A curated Shuffle Picks row highlights titles the site is pushing that week.

Worth knowing before you spin:

  • The RTP is per version. Many studios release a slot at several RTP settings. Open the info panel in the game to see which one you are on.
  • Bonus buys depend on your country. Some regions hide them entirely.
  • Challenges. Shuffle runs multiplier and round-target challenges on selected games, paid as prizes to the first players who hit the target.

Our Shuffle slots guide explains RTP, volatility and bonus buys in more detail. Table games include digital blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger and Casino Hold'em alongside the live tables.

Shuffle Originals

Shuffle builds 17 in-house games, all provably fair: you can check any round from the server seed, your client seed and the nonce. The line-up is Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Plinko, Blackjack, Coinflip, Slide, Floor Is Lava, Blitz, Crash, Hilo, Roulette, Wheel, Tower, Chicken and Baccarat.

Shuffle publishes return-to-player figures from 97.30% for Roulette up to 99.48% for Blackjack played correctly, with Plinko at a 1% house edge and Crash, Dice, Limbo and Mines around 99%. Some of the lesser-known titles, such as Chicken and Floor Is Lava, sit at 98%. Guides to the most played ones:

  • Crash: cash out before the multiplier stops.
  • Mines: open tiles and avoid the hidden bombs.
  • Plinko: drop a ball through the pegs, with adjustable rows and risk.
  • Tower: climb row by row, choosing one tile at a time.

The full list, with edges and controls, is in our Shuffle Originals guide. A low edge only means each bet costs little on average. With auto-bet these games run very fast, so set a limit before you start.

Live casino

Live dealer tables come mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. Each table shows its stake range on the lobby tile, and the busy blackjack tables fill up at peak times. Our live casino guide goes through the table types.

Sportsbook

The Shuffle sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting with built-in live streaming, so you can watch some events in a split screen next to the odds. It covers football, basketball, tennis, the NFL, MMA and UFC, cricket including the IPL, and esports such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant.

Features you will use:

  • Bet types: singles, parlays, Same-Game Multis, system bets, props, totals, handicaps and outrights.
  • Cash Out, Boosted Odds and Sure Sub on eligible markets, each with its own terms.
  • Six odds formats: decimal, fractional, American, Hong Kong, Indonesian and Malaysian.
  • Sports promotions such as early payout and first-score protection on selected football leagues, which change through the season.

Sports bets earn three times the VIP XP of casino play (minimum odds 1.1), which matters if you mainly bet on matches.

Payments and fiat options

Shuffle is crypto-first, but less crypto-only than many rivals. The cashier supports 22 coins and tokens, including Bitcoin, Ethereum (on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and Robinhood Chain), Litecoin, Solana, XRP, Tron, Dogecoin, BNB, Avalanche, GRAM (formerly Toncoin), POL, USDT on five networks, USDC on six, DAI, SHIB, a handful of Solana meme tokens and Shuffle's own SHFL. There is no Bitcoin Cash.

Our deposit guides cover the common coins step by step: Bitcoin, USDT, Solana and Litecoin.

Things that set Shuffle apart:

  • Buy crypto in the wallet with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through MoonPay and Swapped. They charge their own fees and run their own ID checks.
  • Fiat balances in some regions. Canadians can use Interac e-Transfer in CAD, Brazilians Pix in BRL and Argentinians Mercado Pago in ARS, and Vietnam is also listed. Shuffle says it charges no fee on these.
  • Convert to SHFL in the wallet from BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and SOL.
  • Minimums are per coin and shown in the cashier; Shuffle does not publish one site-wide figure. See the Shuffle minimum deposit guide.

Withdrawal speed

Shuffle says 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under a minute and that network fees are usually below USD 1. That is the operator's own claim, but it matches what most players report for small amounts on fast networks. Arrival time after approval depends on the chain: Solana, Tron and Litecoin settle quickly, Bitcoin slower when blocks are full. Interac withdrawals take around an hour.

Holds happen when the account is not yet verified to the level needed, when a large withdrawal goes to manual review, or while a bonus still has wagering left. The Shuffle withdrawal time guide and pending withdrawal guide explain the usual causes.

KYC and verification

Signing up needs only a date of birth, an email, a username and a password, which is why Shuffle is often listed as a "no KYC" casino. Under the current terms that is not accurate. Shuffle can require a government ID check once you reach a threshold "and in any event before your first withdrawal", and it can also ask for a selfie, run database checks or request proof of source of funds. Its own guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw; Level 2 adds ID and Level 3 proof of address. Fiat methods may need your full name and address from the start.

How to keep it painless:

  • Register with your real name and date of birth; mismatches are the most common reason checks stall.
  • Upload clear, uncropped documents.
  • Play from one country you are allowed to play from, without a VPN or proxy.

The Shuffle KYC guide shows each level, and our no-KYC explainer sets out what you can and cannot do unverified.

VIP, rakeback and SHFL

The VIP programme is free and runs on XP earned from wagering, not deposits. The public table names eight ranks, Bronze to Diamond, and the site also refers to an entry rank called Wood and higher ranks named Opal, Dragon and Mythic. Rewards include instant rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, level-up and rank-up bonuses and a VIP host at higher ranks. Wagering in SHFL earns extra VIP bonuses. Details are in our Shuffle VIP guide.

The SHFL token itself launched in March 2024 with an airdrop and has since added a weekly SHFL Lottery with a USDC prize pool and a buyback-and-burn. Our SHFL token guide explains what holding it does and does not get you. Rewards are a small share of what you wager, so never chase a rank.

Problems a fair Shuffle review has to mention

Shuffle has had a rough few years for a brand this young, and you should weigh these before trusting it with money:

  • The 2025 data breach. In October 2025 a breach at the CRM vendor Fast Track exposed Shuffle customer data. Dummett said a majority of users were affected; reports list names, emails, phone numbers, support logs and some KYC images. Shuffle says funds and passwords were not accessed. Our Shuffle data breach page covers what to do if you had an account then.
  • The Thai block. On 9 October 2026 Thailand's digital economy ministry blocked Shuffle.com nationwide, and Shuffle now tells Thai visitors it no longer accepts them. A government inquiry was ordered.
  • Sunderland. Shuffle became Sunderland AFC's sleeve sponsor in September 2026, which drew criticism because it holds no UK licence. See Shuffle and Sunderland.
  • The Jack Doherty contract. Shuffle paid the streamer under a six-month deal that reportedly bars him from posting; the terms are disputed and unpublished. Our Jack Doherty page has the details.
  • Withdrawal holds. Trustpilot and forum posts describe payouts held during manual KYC review. These are anecdotes, but they are common enough to plan around.

Customer support

Live chat runs around the clock from the support icon, backed by a help centre and blog guides on deposits, verification and the token. Simple questions are answered quickly; verification and payment reviews go to separate teams and take longer. When you contact support about a payment, give the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID.

Mobile

There is no Shuffle app in the App Store or Google Play. The site works fully in a mobile browser and ships a web manifest, so you can add it to your home screen for an app-style icon. If the address fails on mobile data, pick another entry from the live mirror list or check whether Shuffle is down.

Security and account safety

  • Turn on 2FA. Shuffle supports authenticator apps and then asks for the code at login, on withdrawals and when tipping.
  • Watch for phishing. Fake Shuffle sites copy the design to harvest logins and deposits. Only open addresses from a trusted list, and read why Shuffle mirror domains change.
  • Check every address. Copy the deposit address fresh from the cashier and compare the first and last characters after pasting.
  • Shuffle.us is not Shuffle.com. It is a separate US sweepstakes site with its own operator, not a mirror. Our Shuffle vs Shuffle.us page explains the difference.

Pros and cons

Pros
  • Casino, sportsbook, Originals and lottery in one account
  • 17 provably fair Originals with published RTPs up to 99.48%
  • Wide coin support plus card purchases and fiat balances in a few countries
  • Fast crypto payouts on most networks
  • Sportsbook with live streaming and 3x VIP XP on sports bets
  • 24/7 live chat
Cons
  • Young brand, live since 2023
  • Curaçao licence only; not licensed in the UK and many other markets
  • 2025 data breach exposed personal data and some KYC images
  • Blocked in Thailand and DNS-blocked in some other countries
  • ID can be required before the first withdrawal despite the no-KYC image
  • Game count claims are higher than independent counts

Who Shuffle suits

Shuffle suits players who already hold crypto, want casino and sports under one balance, like fast provably fair games and care about token perks such as the lottery and SHFL bonuses. It suits less well if you want strong consumer protection, mind a short track record, or were affected by the 2025 breach and would rather not share documents again.

FAQ

Is Shuffle legit?

Shuffle.com is run by Natural Nine B.V. in Curaçao and shows Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1337/0628 on its licence page. It has paid out at scale since 2023, but the licence is light compared with UK or Malta regulation and the brand has had a data breach and a national block. Confirm the licence and check your local law before signing up.

Who owns Shuffle?

The operating company is Natural Nine B.V. Noah Dummett is the co-founder and CEO, and business directories name Harley Fresh and Darcy Spangler as co-founders. Thai reports in 2026 also named a minority shareholder, which the person concerned describes as a 1% holding.

Is Shuffle available in my country?

Shuffle's terms bar the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and others, and Thailand has blocked it. Using a VPN to get in breaks the terms and can cost you your balance. Check our country list and your local law.

How fast are Shuffle withdrawals?

Shuffle says 90% of withdrawals land in under a minute. In practice fast networks such as Solana, Tron and Litecoin arrive within minutes, Bitcoin can take longer, and first or large withdrawals may wait for verification.

Does Shuffle require KYC?

You can sign up and deposit with basic details, but the terms let Shuffle ask for ID at a threshold and before your first withdrawal. Most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, so completing it early saves time.

Are Shuffle Originals fair?

They are provably fair, so you can verify each round with the seeds and nonce. Fair does not mean favourable: each game still has a house edge, from about 0.5% on Blackjack to 2.7% on Roulette.

Was Shuffle hacked?

Shuffle's own systems were not reported as breached, but in October 2025 a breach at its CRM supplier Fast Track exposed customer data, including some KYC images. Shuffle says funds and passwords were not accessed. If you had an account then, turn on 2FA and treat unexpected emails with suspicion.

Does Shuffle have an app?

No native app is listed in the app stores. The mobile site works fully and can be added to your home screen.

Is Shuffle.us the same as Shuffle.com?

No. Shuffle.us is a separate US sweepstakes social casino using Gold Coins and Shuffle Cash, with a different reported operator. Your Shuffle.com account does not work there.
