Shuffle withdrawal limits explained
Shuffle does not publish one table of withdrawal limits. Each coin has its own minimum shown in the cashier, verification level and VIP standing can change what you can take out, and large requests may be reviewed. Here is how each limit works and how to find yours.
What are the Shuffle withdrawal limits?
Shuffle withdrawal limits are not printed in a single public table. Shuffle's terms (clause 9.4) say the minimum for each coin is shown in the cashier, and the figures you see there depend on the coin, the network and, in some cases, your account. Third-party sites sometimes quote daily or monthly caps for Shuffle, but none of those numbers is published by Shuffle itself, so treat them as unconfirmed.
What can be stated reliably is how the limits work. There is a minimum per coin, set so that the network fee does not eat the payout. There can be verification-dependent limits, because Shuffle's own guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, and its terms allow ID, selfie, address and source-of-funds checks. And there are review thresholds, unpublished, above which a person looks at the request before it is sent.
This page covers each type, how to find your own figures and what to do when one gets in your way. For timing, read Shuffle withdrawal time; for the checks, see Shuffle KYC verification. 18+ only.
The kinds of limit you can meet
Minimum withdrawal per coin
Every coin and network has a floor, shown in the withdrawal form once you pick it. Shuffle has 22 coins and tokens, and many come on several networks: USDT alone has ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20, Polygon and Solana versions. The floor reflects the fee on that network, so a cheap chain usually has a lower minimum than Ethereum mainnet. If your balance in a coin is under its minimum, you cannot withdraw that coin until you top it up.
For fiat, Shuffle publishes one figure: Interac e-Transfer in Canada has a CAD 5 minimum for both deposits and withdrawals, with no Shuffle fee. Pix, Mercado Pago and Vietnam fiat options show their own minimums in the cashier.
Verification-linked limits
Shuffle's terms let it require a government ID check on reaching a threshold "and in any event before your first withdrawal" (clause 5.2), and to ask for a selfie, run database checks or request proof of source of funds or wealth (5.4). In practice, reviews describe three levels: basic details at Level 1, ID at Level 2 and proof of address at Level 3. A higher level does not remove limits, but it removes the most common reason a withdrawal is held.
Review thresholds
Large or unusual requests can be checked by a person before sending. Shuffle does not publish the trigger, which is normal: publishing it would help people avoid it. A review is not a refusal.
SHFL-specific rule
SHFL withdrawals must go to a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet, not an exchange deposit address. That is a destination limit rather than an amount limit, but it catches people out. Our SHFL token guide explains why.
Where to find each figure
- Minimum per coin and network
- Withdrawal form: choose the coin and network and read the minimum shown

- CAD 5 for deposits and withdrawals, per Shuffle's Interac guide
- Network fee
- Shown before you confirm; Shuffle says it is typically under USD 1
- Verification level
- Account settings, Verify section
- VIP effect
- Higher ranks bring a VIP host who can discuss large withdrawals
- Review threshold
- Not published; large or unusual requests may be checked by a person
- Bonus-related holds
- Terms of any deposit bonus or code you claimed
- SHFL destination
- Non-custodial ERC-20 wallet only
How VIP status changes things
Shuffle's VIP programme does not publish withdrawal caps per rank. What higher ranks do bring is a VIP host, listed from around Sapphire, and that is useful for large cash-outs: a host can tell you in advance what documents a big withdrawal will need and how to send it without delays. The terms still apply at every rank, including source-of-funds requests.
Do not expect VIP status to replace verification. If anything, larger balances make checks more likely.
When a limit gets in the way
- Balance below the minimum. Add more of the same coin, or leave the small balance. Do not play to reach a number you had not planned to wager.
- Fee too high for the amount. Switch to a cheaper network for the same asset where your wallet supports it, such as USDT on Tron or Solana instead of Ethereum, or withdraw a different coin you also hold.
- Request held for review. Check email and your account for a document request and answer it fully in one go. Partial uploads restart the queue.
- Wrong destination for SHFL. Withdraw to your own ERC-20 wallet first, then move it on.
- Bonus still active. Funds tied to a deposit bonus cannot be withdrawn until its wagering is met; withdrawing early may forfeit it. See the bonus code guide.
- Balances are per coin. A limit applies to the coin you are withdrawing. If you hold several, you can withdraw each separately.
Splitting a large withdrawal
Withdrawing in parts is fine when a form forces it. Breaking one large withdrawal into many small ones to stay under a review is not: it looks like an attempt to dodge controls and can trigger exactly the scrutiny you wanted to avoid. If a large amount is involved, ask live support or your host for the right route.
What to like and what to watch
- Per-coin minimums are visible before you confirm
- Low-fee networks keep minimums small on many coins
- Interac has a clear CAD 5 floor with no Shuffle fee
- A VIP host can smooth large withdrawals
- No published table of maximum caps
- ID can be required before the first withdrawal
- Source-of-funds checks can hold large requests
- SHFL cannot go straight to an exchange
Cash out with a plan
A limit is not a reason to leave a large balance sitting in a casino account. Decide in advance how much of any win you will withdraw and when, and withdraw it. Shuffle's account settings include gambling limits and self-exclusion, and our responsible gambling guide lists free support. 18+ only.

FAQ
What is the minimum withdrawal on Shuffle?
It depends on the coin and network, and is shown in the withdrawal form, as Shuffle's terms say. For Interac in Canada, the minimum is CAD 5.
What is the maximum withdrawal on Shuffle?
Shuffle does not publish a single maximum. Any cap shown in your cashier applies, and large requests may be reviewed or need source-of-funds documents.
Is there a daily withdrawal limit on Shuffle?
Shuffle publishes no daily cap. Figures quoted by third parties are unconfirmed. Check your cashier and ask live support if you plan a large withdrawal.
Do I need to verify before withdrawing?
Usually yes. Shuffle's guide says most users need at least Verify Level 1 to withdraw, and its terms allow an ID check before the first withdrawal.
Can I raise my withdrawal limit?
Completing higher verification levels and, at upper VIP ranks, talking to your VIP host are the realistic routes. There is no legitimate way around the checks.
Why was my large withdrawal held?
Large or unusual requests can be reviewed by a person, and Shuffle can ask for proof of source of funds. Answer document requests fully and promptly.
Can I withdraw SHFL to an exchange?
No. Shuffle requires SHFL withdrawals to go to a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet. Send it to your own wallet first, then on to an exchange if you wish.
Are limits the same on every Shuffle mirror?
Yes. Mirrors are other addresses for the same platform, so your account, balances and limits are identical on all of them.
Should I split a big withdrawal into small ones?
Only if the form requires it. Splitting to avoid a review can itself trigger one. Ask support for the correct route.
